Most recently, Chuck developed a Palladin service for companies looking to optimize their Partner program. With a focus on executing Best Practices for delivering channel revenues, this service could have a significant impact for companies looking to grow or even survive in the current economic conditions.
During 2008, Chuck also developed services offerings for commercial organizations based on solutions being delivered from a number of Palladin partners including SAP, BackOffice Associates, Endeca, Britecove, Cast Iron, Facebook & Google, just to name a few.
Prior to joining Palladin, Chuck held senior management positions with BEA Systems, where he was responsible for building the channels & alliances sales organizations. During that time, Chuck played a key role in growing BEA revenues in excess of $100 Million for that division.
At start up Weblogic Inc., prior to the acquisition by BEA Systems, Chuck built out a sales organization tasked with selling a new category of application servers based entirely on the Java 2 standard; the latter creating a major paradigm shift in the computing industry.
Chuck has also held key positions at hot companies such as Open Source leader JBoss who was acquired by Red Hat, CRM solutions innovator Scopus Technology - ultimately acquired by Siebel, Sybase, McCormack & Dodge - the leaders in enterprise applications during the 1980's and ADP - the original SaaS provider of software to the marketplace.
As a highly regarded industry veteran, Chuck brings a wealth of leadership and executive management experience in sales & business development.
Leading Palladin's sales operations in the U.S., Chuck is charged with driving strategy for the company's "on demand" executive & game planning services, strategic partnerships and growing the customer base throughout North America.
