Company Workshops
Phase I - we will work with you to perform a rapid overall assessment of your operation. This will point out those areas that need immediate attention. The assessment will lead to a strategy document that aligns the operation with the goals set forth in the business plan. The strategy document is then reviewed with the team to get agreement and buy in of the objectives in the plan.
For Phase II & III, we turn your strategic plan into an operational plan. The operation plan describes how the organization plans to achieve the objectives, who is responsible, what risks or obstacles exist and relative time frames to achieve these goals. The operational plan is then broken down into individual plans such as individual territory plans, partnering plans, marketing plans, product roadmaps and the customer service approach.
