Rich brings three decades of experience in executive sales management. During that time, he was widely recognized as being a leader and mentor for sales people at the software industry's best success stories.
In the 1980's, after beginning his career in sales at ADP, Rich then managed the northeast region at MSA, a leading provider of mainframe applications and tools.
He spent the decade of the nineties leading the eastern sales operations at Pansophic, Knowledgeware, & Scopus Technology, all innovative software companies of that time period.
Prior to joining Palladin Consulting, he was Vice President of Sales for the eastern region at Vignette Software, a leading provider of commerce based content management for internet websites. .
