Meet our Team
Over the past  20 years, Rob has been helping software and service
organizations with the adoption of new technology at Fortune 1000
companies.  A true trusted advisor with strong relationship building
skills and a keen sense for aligning business requirements with the
capabilities of technology. A broad skill set allows Rob to qualify,
design, pilot, and quantify the value of a solution allowing the
business to quickly understand the return on investment.

After a successful product management and development career at
D&B Software, Rob was recruited by Group Bull (Integris) as a
solutions architect  to help build their Mainframe to Open Systems
Integration practice. The experience hardened his software
development skills with production implementation experience at
some of the largest Financial Services institution in the US.

In 1998, Rob joined BEA Systems through the WebLogic acquisition
spending the next  3 years driving product adoption of J2EE in the
Northeast and providing technical leadership for indirect channels
business helping it grow from $25m to $100m by implementing
repeatable solutions with leading OEMs, ISVs and systems
integrators.

Most recently, Rob's focus has been helping early stage software
companies build key technical and business relationships with large
Financial Services companies in Boston, London, and New York.  
His expertise with front office, back office, and eCommerce
combined with specific skills in high performance computing,  
distributed architectures, and large scale IT Operations are an asset
to any team.  He has been a consultant in residence at leading
financial services organization; Standard Charter Bank, Credit
Suisse, HSBC, RBS, and State Street working on specific
implementation in the areas of, Data Center Consolidation,
Virtualization, Network Security Operations, FX, pricing, trade
analytics, and compliance reporting (BASEL2, SOX, PCI).

In recent projects, Rob has utilized Solution Selling techniques and
the Agile Development Methodology to build customer relationships
and to show quantifiable results quickly.
